After taking several relaxing deep breaths, either out loud of in your mind, ask your deceased loved one to visit you within your dream. Allow yourself to imagine the feeling of connecting with your loved one. Bask in the warm glow and peaceful feeling that this imagined visitation creates.
Practice this regularly just prior to falling asleep and keep a pen and paper handy to record anything you remember upon waking.
