Signs and Communications From The Afterlife?

M father, Richard Arthur Cline, was born 8-22-62 and died November 13th 2011. He was only 49 years old. I was with him his last 2 days of life in the hospital, he had just woken from being in a coma for 3 and 1/2 weeks after a friend brought my picture to him.

He opened his eyes and started grabbing at all of the tubes. I saw him Friday and he was unable to speak but was grabbing my hand and looking at me with his eyes wide open as big as he could open them. I brought more pictures and my favorite blanket for him.

When I came back on Saturday his eyelids would open, but his eyes would roll to the back of his head and he wasn't grabbing my hand any more but the nurses let me lay with him.

I fell asleep next to him for 3 hours and left him, hoping I would see him Sunday, but he didn't make it through the night.

The day he died, a butterfly flew right by me and since then every time I go to my backyard, a humming bird appears.

Every night since his death I have dreamed of him. I am just wondering if this is him communicating with me. I wear one of his shirts to bed every night and i miss him more than anything and i just want to know if he knows that I miss him and want to see him just one last time...?

Re: My Father Passed Away by Madeline

Dear Madeline,

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your father...please accept my condolences. How wonderful that you were able to be so close to him at the end like that.

I got tingles when I read about the signs he's been sending you....I have no doubt that your father is indeed communicating with you and that he wants you to know that he remains close by and knows all the love you hold for him.

Interestingly enough, it seems that both hummingbirds and butterflies are very common in after death communications. If you spend some time reading about the after death communications and signs received by others, you'll likely see too that for some reason, our deceased loved ones often send us signs through these.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. The journey through grief is never an easy one and at your young age, I can only imagine that it's particularly difficult to lose a parent.

I wish you many signs and communications from your father and the comfort of knowing that he is indeed still very much with you.

With Love,
Faye
